New to Southwest Fitness? This is the perfect place to start. Come in for a quick, no-pressure visit where we’ll give you a tour of the gym, go over membership options, and answer any questions you have. No workout required just a simple way to see if we’re the right fit for you.

Fit 4 Seniors
Join our instructor-led Fit 4 Seniors class designed for all fitness levels. Led by Julie Schwager, this class focuses on staying active, improving strength, and moving at your own pace in a supportive environment. Classes are held Wednesdays from 8:30–9:30 AM and are included with your membership.
